Summary

  • Title tier colors: 2–3 blue, 4 gold, 5 orange (matches server chat colors)
  • Add affix 68 SPPEN labels/icons for spell penetration tooltips
  • Document MaxAffixLines=5 server support in README

Test plan

  • /reload after deploying paired mod-random-enchants PR
  • Inspect 4–5 line items for correct title tint
  • Verify affix 68 displays as spell penetration on tooltips
